Hexatronic har effektiviserat sin rapportprocess med en automatiserad lösning i Word. I sin kvartalsrapport kan de nu med hjälp av vårt smarta verktyg Excel2Word uppdatera sina kvartalsrapporter snabbt, säkert och med full kontroll.

Med stort fokus på formgivning och varumärkesanpassning har vi uppdaterat BioArctics delårsrapport. Med en automatiserad lösning i Word och en design som harmoniserar med årsredovisningen har rapporten blivit modern, lättläst och visuellt enhetlig.

Novedo har tagit sin rapportprocess till nästa nivå genom att kombinera Excel2Word med verktyget QTool. Resultatet är en lösning som inte bara automatiserar rapportproduktionen utan också gör det enkelt att hantera språk, kvartal och siffror – allt i ett och samma flöde.

När Granitor lanserade en ny visuell identitet behövdes en uppdaterad PowerPointmall – både inspirerande och enkel att använda. Med vår expertis tog vi fram en tydlig, användarvänlig lösning som snabbt blev ett uppskattat verktyg i hela organisationen.

Diös Fastigheter ville slippa manuellt pussel varje gång det var dags för alla årsredovisningar. Vi byggde en smart mall i Excel och Word där alla dotterbolag exporteras automatiskt. Samma layout, inga fel, klart på ett ögonblick.

Efter ett framgångsrikt samarbete med delårsrapporten återkom SAAB till oss för stöd inför deras kapitalmarknadsdag. Under tidspress levererade vi en skräddarsydd och visuellt stark presentation som både speglade deras varumärke och imponerade på publiken.

En Excelmodell som automatiskt sammanställer hållbarhetsstatistik togs fram för JB Travel, som behövde presentera tydlig och jämförbar statistik till sina företagskunder. Modellen samlar in data om bland annat utsläpp, resor, kostnader och bokningsändringar, och sammanställer detta i en professionell och lättanvänd rapport.

Cloetta ville lyfta Ahlgrens bilars varumärkesmaterial med en ny PowerPoint-mall fylld av lekfull grafik och visuella inslag. Rehngruppen skapade en färgstark och varumärkesanpassad mall som fångar godisets karaktär.

Report templates that are visually appealing and fully accessible, well that's what Implement Consulting Group and the Danish Evaluation Institute (EVA) wanted. No sooner said than done: For the Ministry of Children and Education in Denmark, we delivered two customized solutions that ensured the highest standards of accessibility and design.

When it was time for Samhall to renew their graphic profile, we collaborated with them and the Happy agency to create a comprehensive template package in Office. Inspired by design sketches provided by Happy, we built the templates for PowerPoint, Word and Excel. At the same time, we developed functional solutions so that each template and function could be used efficiently and accessibly.

When Mora, Orsa and Älvdalen municipalities needed accessible, user-friendly Office templates to handle both their own and shared needs, we were tasked with creating an integrated template solution. Since the municipalities collaborate via joint committees, they needed easy access to both separate and shared templates - regardless of whether users work in the desktop or online version of Office.

When PostNord needed an extended PowerPoint template with advanced, impressive layouts, we created a flexible and user-friendly solution. With clear instructions and visually striking effects (such as morphing and animations), we ensured a template that is professional and user-friendly.

When Lindahl needed an updated PowerPoint template to reflect its new graphic profile, Rehngruppen was commissioned. The main focus of the project was to create a template with a wow feeling, which mirrored the dynamic animations in Lindahl's other channels. We designed a template with morph, video-animated pages and a design language that ties together all parts of Lindahl's communication.

When the National Union of Teachers and the Swedish Teachers' Association merged to form the Swedish Teachers' Association, the new union needed a uniform, professional and accessible solution for its work in Office. We created customized Office templates, integrated into our flexible tool 365|TemplateExtender. All to facilitate the work and ensure consistent and visually appealing communication in accordance with the Swedish Teachers' Association's profile.

Järfälla Municipality uses the Hypergene tool to create reports. Their previous Word template did not work optimally with Hypergene and required extensive manual processing after each export. The municipality wanted a more user-friendly and accessible template that minimized the need for post-processing - both in Word and in Acrobat Pro.

When the agency Specific Generic contacted us during the production of Ida Sjöstedt's lookbook and brand book, the assignment was clear: to transform their stylish sketches into visually appealing PowerPoint templates. With our expertise in PowerPoint, we made sure that the agency's design ideas became practical and easy-to-use templates.

Branding work where complete graphic profile, graphic design, printed matter, film, template and presentations were included in the scope. Next Period's need for functional and flexible visual identity set the framework for the project, which also became the basis for websites and brands within the business.

Sandvikens kommun genomförde en stor satsning inom tillgänglighet. En del i arbetet var att ersätta sina befintliga mallar med nya tillgängliga mallar. Samtidigt övergick kommunen från klientversionen av Word och PowerPoint till onlineversionen.

Previously, many SunPine employees chose to create their own documents, instead of using SunPine templates. They did not have control over the design of the documents, for example, they did not always follow their graphic profile. When SunPine, together with the agency Oh My, updated their graphic profile, the customer also wanted to create new templates. We helped the client create templates that are so accessible and user-friendly that the organization's users will prefer to use the templates, instead of creating their own documents. ‍We did this by producing user-friendly, quality-controlled templates that the user can access via template buttons directly from the Office program they work in.

Vallentuna municipality was in need of new Word templates. The assignment involved creating easy-to-use templates that follow the municipality's graphic profile, for example in the use of colors and graphic objects, while ensuring that the templates are the basis for accessible documents.

Accessibility adapted, easily accessible and functional Office templates. These were the wishes of Hudiksvall municipality before our collaboration. It was important to the municipality that their templates laid the foundation for accessible content. They also wanted their users to be able to access the templates easily. And that there should be functionality that simplified the use of the templates.

The branding agency Kurppa Hosk created attractive sketches in InDesign for Intrum's new quotation templates. Rehngruppen's assignment was to create templates in PowerPoint and Word based on the sketches. Since the sketches were complex, it was a fun challenge to create user-friendly templates from them. The result? Clever functionality, uniformity, and of course: Really nice templates!

Dentalum has previously handled its internal financial reporting manually. In connection with the company's strong expansion over the past year, they have seen an increased need for an automated solution. Today they have a Power BI report containing an interactive income statement. The report is based on daily automatic data collection.

Jönköpings kommun behövde sju nya Office-mallar som uppfyller tillgänglighetskrav och följer den grafiska profilen. Projektet resulterade i nya mallar för Word, PowerPoint och Excel samt implementation av TemplateLibrary och TemplateExtender för enklare åtkomst i organisationen.

Coop såg stor potential i våra PowerPoint-lösningar. Idag har de en snygg och funktionell mall med en mängd smarta funktioner. Med enkelhet delar de mallar till organisationens 5000 användare, drar in färdiga slides i sina presentationer, nyttjar samlingen av ikoner och infogar färdiga bilder. Efter Rehngruppens utbildning är dessutom Coops innehållsansvariga numera proffs på presentationsdesign i PowerPoint.

Peak Performance behövde en ny PowerPoint-mall i samband med uppdateringen av sin grafiska profil. Mallen skulle stödja både visuella presentationer och texttunga dokument. Projektet omfattade även introduktion och utbildning för att öka förståelsen för mallen och den nya profilen internt.

Alpha IT solutions behövde hjälp att förenkla hanteringen av utlägg och reseräkningar för anställda. Det fanns ett behov av att ersätta manuella rutiner som innebär hög administrativ belastning.

Almi behövde automatisera en återkommande process där datafiler skickades via mejl och sparades manuellt. Projektet innebar att sätta upp ett automatiserat flöde i Power Automate som känner av mejl med bifogade filer och kopierar dem direkt till en SharePoint-mapp – helt utan manuella steg.

När Almega utvecklade en ny varumärkesplattform behövde de ett tydligt presentationsmaterial och uppdaterade Officemallar. Vi tog fram en företagsanpassad mallstruktur och en ny PowerPoint-presentation i linje med det nya uttrycket.

Swedbank behövde en rapportmall i Word som kombinerar tydlig struktur, grafisk enhetlighet och användarvänlighet. Rehngruppen tog fram en skräddarsydd mall som underlättar arbetet och stärker det professionella uttrycket i varje rapport.

Magnolia Bostad behövde effektivisera arbetet med kvartalsrapporter. Projektet resulterade i en rapportmall i Word med stöd för Excel2Word och en projektmodell, vilket förbättrade samarbetet mellan Word och Excel samt möjliggjorde sena, lokala uppdateringar.

Influence People behövde en PowerPoint-mall med färdiga sidtyper anpassade för olika typer av innehåll. Projektet resulterade i en designad mall med försätts-, innehålls- och avslutningssidor samt ett specialtypsnitt som förstärker den grafiska identiteten.

Scania ville ta sin säljpresentation till nästa nivå och bad Rehngruppen skapa ett interaktivt presentationsverktyg baserat på en design framtagen av reklambyrån TBWA. Resultatet blev en flexibel, varumärkesanpassad PowerPoint med tydlig struktur och intuitiv navigering.

I samband med att Tele2 förnyade sin grafiska profil behövde man uppdatera mallar och visuella verktyg för att säkerställa konsekvent kommunikation. Vi ansvarade för strukturering, designanpassning och färdigställande av mallpaket för bred användning.

Nacka kommun behövde säkerställa att deras dokumentmallar uppfyllde webbdirektivets krav på tillgänglighet. Vi anpassade Word- och PowerPointmallar med fokus på struktur, kontrast och textstorlek – för dokument som både är användarvänliga och följer regelverket.
