When Lindahl needed an updated PowerPoint template to reflect its new graphic profile, Rehngruppen was commissioned. The main focus of the project was to create a template with a wow feeling, which mirrored the dynamic animations in Lindahl's other channels. We designed a template with morph, video-animated pages and a design language that ties together all parts of Lindahl's communication.

When the National Union of Teachers and the Swedish Teachers' Association merged to form the Swedish Teachers' Association, the new union needed a uniform, professional and accessible solution for its work in Office. We created customized Office templates, integrated into our flexible tool 365|TemplateExtender. All to facilitate the work and ensure consistent and visually appealing communication in accordance with the Swedish Teachers' Association's profile.

Järfälla Municipality uses the Hypergene tool to create reports. Their previous Word template did not work optimally with Hypergene and required extensive manual processing after each export. The municipality wanted a more user-friendly and accessible template that minimized the need for post-processing - both in Word and in Acrobat Pro.

When the agency Specific Generic contacted us during the production of Ida Sjöstedt's lookbook and brand book, the assignment was clear: to transform their stylish sketches into visually appealing PowerPoint templates. With our expertise in PowerPoint, we made sure that the agency's design ideas became practical and easy-to-use templates.

Branding work where complete graphic profile, graphic design, printed matter, film, template and presentations were included in the scope. Next Period's need for functional and flexible visual identity set the framework for the project, which also became the basis for websites and brands within the business.

The municipality of Sandviken carried out a major accessibility initiative. Part of the work was to replace its existing templates with new accessible templates. At the same time, the municipality switched from the client version of Word and PowerPoint to the online version.

Previously, many SunPine employees chose to create their own documents, instead of using SunPine templates. They did not have control over the design of the documents, for example, they did not always follow their graphic profile. When SunPine, together with the agency Oh My, updated their graphic profile, the customer also wanted to create new templates. We helped the client create templates that are so accessible and user-friendly that the organization's users will prefer to use the templates, instead of creating their own documents. ‍We did this by producing user-friendly, quality-controlled templates that the user can access via template buttons directly from the Office program they work in.

Vallentuna municipality was in need of new Word templates. The assignment involved creating easy-to-use templates that follow the municipality's graphic profile, for example in the use of colors and graphic objects, while ensuring that the templates are the basis for accessible documents.

Accessibility adapted, easily accessible and functional Office templates. These were the wishes of Hudiksvall municipality before our collaboration. It was important to the municipality that their templates laid the foundation for accessible content. They also wanted their users to be able to access the templates easily. And that there should be functionality that simplified the use of the templates.

The branding agency Kurppa Hosk created attractive sketches in InDesign for Intrum's new quotation templates. Rehngruppen's assignment was to create templates in PowerPoint and Word based on the sketches. Since the sketches were complex, it was a fun challenge to create user-friendly templates from them. The result? Clever functionality, uniformity, and of course: Really nice templates!

Dentalum was growing rapidly and needed a more efficient way to manage its internal financial reporting. We created an automated Power BI solution with daily data retrieval from Fortnox - complete with interactive income statement and permission-controlled access for each clinic.

The Municipality of Jönköping needed seven new Office templates that meet accessibility requirements and follow the graphic profile. The project resulted in new templates for Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as the implementation of TemplateLibrary and TemplateExtender for easier access in the organization.

Coop saw great potential in our PowerPoint solutions. Today they have a stylish and functional template with a host of smart features. With ease, they share templates to the organization's 5000 users, pull in ready-made slides in their presentations, use the collection of icons and insert ready-made images. Following the Rehn Group's training, Coop's content managers are now professionals in PowerPoint presentation design.

Peak Performance needed a new PowerPoint template in connection with the update of its graphic profile. The template would support both visual presentations and text-heavy documents. The project also included introduction and training to increase the understanding of the template and the new profile internally.

Almi needed to streamline its handling of data files sent via email several times a day. We built an automated flow in Power Automate that detects incoming emails, handles attachments and saves them directly in SharePoint - without any manual steps.

Nacka Municipality needed to ensure their document templates met the Web Accessibility Directive's requirements. We customized Word and PowerPoint templates with a focus on structure, contrast and text size - for documents that are both user-friendly and compliant.

When Dun & Bradstreet (formerly Bisnode) needed to compile comprehensive global business data related to Covid-19, we developed an automated reporting solution. Asplund needed a more efficient solution for their product and price lists.
