Commission:

Mediekompaniet is a media sales company that is co-owned by several major media groups in Sweden. They requested visualization of sales data, forecasts, goals/outcomes, price analysis and simulations in Power BI.

Challenge:

Their needs were complex and the data consisted of several different sets of systems, pricing models and business models. The challenge was to consolidate and compile all the data.

Solution:

We developed an automated end-to-end solution where business data is visualized and presented to the entire company and external users in the owner groups. The solution in Power BI gives Mediekompaniet smoother ways to drive sales and maximize results, and has virtually eliminated manual data retrieval.
