BioArctic had already implemented Rehngruppen's automated solution for interim reports, which streamlined the work and gave them control over the entire process. When it came time for the next version of the report, they wanted to take a new step - to refine the layout, customize the color scheme and strengthen the visual connection to the annual report.
Previously, the report was functional but lacked the clear formal anchoring that strengthens the overall impression. There was a need to modernize the format, create a more readable structure and at the same time tie it closer to the company's graphic profile. The challenge was to maintain the strength of the automation and flexibility of Excel2Word, but at the same time raise the visual level so that the report felt as elaborate as BioArctic's other communications.


We produced a new report in landscape A4 format - a modern and digitally adapted look that gives a more airy impression and increased readability. The color scheme was adjusted to be in line with the annual report. The content was restructured to highlight the most important elements. Elements from the annual report were included to create a red line between the reports. All changes within the format contributed to a coherent and professional whole.


The new interim report combines the best of both worlds: automation and design. Thanks to Excel2Word, BioArctic can still make quick updates and have full control over the content right up to final delivery. At the same time, the report now feels like a natural extension of the annual report - visually strong, easy to read and fully in line with the company's brand profile.
