The customer was expanding its business and working on several parallel projects. The processes were not linear, but circular and interdependent. Tasks in one project were often dependent on tasks in another, making planning difficult and time-consuming.
In order to synchronize resources and activities between projects, a solution was needed that could handle many parameters simultaneously - and also be easy to update.
Rehngruppen developed an Excel model that makes it possible to monitor several projects simultaneously. The model contains pre-set parameters that are common, but can also be customized manually if needed. When the information changes, the model automatically takes the new settings into account, creating a flexible work tool.
