The client was expanding its business and needed an efficient and secure way to synchronise resources between projects.

The challenge was that the process of the client's work was often circular rather than linear: some tasks in the work were dependent on the completion of other tasks, while these elements in turn depended on certain inputs in the first task. With such complex processes, the model needed to account for many different parameters and be easily updated.

The solution was a model in Excel that the customer can easily fill in. The model takes into account different projects at the same time and has both pre-set parameters that are usually the same in all different projects - but which can be set manually if necessary, and then the model takes into account the new information in a flexible way.
