Mora, Orsa and Älvdalen municipalities needed accessible and user-friendly Office templates that worked both for each municipality and in the joint collaboration via committees. The challenge was to create a solution that provided easy access regardless of whether users worked in the desktop or online version of Office.
The municipalities realized that they needed templates that followed their own graphic profiles, but also a common structure for collaboration documents. At the same time, the solution had to be accessible and easy to manage for both users and administrators.
We developed basic templates in Word for each municipality, adapted to their graphic profile and accessibility requirements. These were expanded into a comprehensive template package in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. For common documents, we created a separate, uniform template. We delivered both online templates and a desktop installation package, with built-in template buttons that provide quick access and reduce support needs.
The result is an end-to-end solution that makes it easy to work in a consistent, accessible and branded way - whether for local documents or collaboration materials. Municipalities save time, get better structure and can work more consistently together.

The project started with the development of an accessible basic Word template for each municipality, designed according to the respective graphic profile. These basic templates then became the basis for creating a comprehensive range of Word templates that also include auto-completion of user data. For the municipalities' common documents, we created a separate, unified template design for smooth collaboration.
To give all users access to starter templates and work tools in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, we delivered both an online template package and an installation package for desktop users. Each template and feature is clearly customized to support users' everyday life, regardless of their program version. The template buttons we built into each Office program ensure quick access to the templates and reduce the need for external support. Simple administration for template updates also makes maintenance easy for the responsible administrators in the three municipalities.
Our experience in design and accessibility customization solutions for Microsoft Office allows us to deliver templates that simplify and improve the workflow of customers dealing with large and complex needs.
