Mora, Orsa and Älvdalen municipalities needed accessible and user-friendly Office templates that worked both for each municipality and in the joint collaboration via committees. The challenge was to create a solution that provided easy access regardless of whether users worked in the desktop or online version of Office.
The municipalities realized that they needed templates that followed their own graphic profiles, but also a common structure for collaboration documents. At the same time, the solution had to be accessible and easy to manage for both users and administrators.
We developed basic templates in Word for each municipality, adapted to their graphic profile and accessibility requirements. These were expanded into a comprehensive template package in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. For common documents, we created a separate, uniform template. We delivered both online templates and a desktop installation package, with built-in template buttons that provide quick access and reduce support needs.
The result is an end-to-end solution that makes it easy to work in a consistent, accessible and branded way - whether for local documents or collaboration materials. Municipalities save time, get better structure and can work more consistently together.
