Dentalum managed its financial reporting manually. It worked in the beginning, but as the company expanded with more clinics, the approach became too time-consuming and difficult to scale up.
This growth created a clear need to replace manual procedures with a solution that could manage data efficiently - with real-time updates and the ability to track finances both centrally and by clinic.
Rehngruppen developed an automated Power BI report that retrieves data daily from Fortnox via a customized data model. The report is visualized in Profitbase Financial Matrix and distributed via the DentalumLuppen app. Each clinic manager gets access to their own data through authorization control.
Dentalum now has a modern and interactive reporting system that makes it easy to follow up on finances at all levels. Users can filter on companies, cost centers and periods, select key figures and export the income statement to Excel with one click. The result is a solution that saves time, provides better visibility and enables faster decisions - as the business continues to grow.
