The organization realized they needed a comprehensive template package that included both Microsoft Office and Keynote - complete with color themes, fonts and charting capabilities. The goal was for all employees to be able to work consistently regardless of which platform they used.
Rehngruppen developed templates in PowerPoint, Keynote, Word and Excel. To simplify use, the templates were placed locally on the users' computers, giving direct access to the current templates in each program. This way, Swish could ensure that documents and presentations always followed the same visual guidelines.
