Implement Consulting Group needed updated report templates that met both internal quality requirements and external accessibility requirements. For a company that works closely with its clients on analysis and strategy, it was crucial that the reports were clear, visually appealing and fully accessible.
When the Danish Ministry of Children and Education required high standards of accessibility, the need became even clearer. Not only did the report templates need to reflect the brand's visual identity, they also needed to meet WCAG requirements and work for all audiences.
We created report templates in Word that combine clarity, structure and accessibility. The work was based on the graphic guidelines and customized with the right contrasts, heading hierarchies and the possibility to add alternative texts. The result was two customized solutions that make it easy to produce reports that are both attractive and inclusive.
The new template solution makes it easy for consultants to quickly produce professional material without compromising on quality or accessibility. The report templates strengthen Implement Consulting's visual identity and have become an important tool for clear, consistent and inclusive communication - both internally and externally.
