Telecommunications operator Tre communicates daily with both private individuals and businesses. To ensure that the messages were of a high and consistent quality, regardless of the target group, they needed flexible and clear templates. The challenge was to create a solution that could both reflect the brand's expression and at the same time adapt to different recipients
Three identified that the existing templates did not provide sufficient support to differentiate between consumer and business communications. They therefore needed a PowerPoint template that could be used in both contexts, two separate Word templates for B2C and B2B, and a customized PowerPoint template for IT development. The aim was for all templates to be easy to use, visually consistent and fully in line with Tre's graphic profile.


We developed a PowerPoint template with the company's updated colors, gradients and new image styles. Logo and graphic elements were quality assured for both screen and print, and we created custom text blocks, bulleted lists and footers with a consistent and professional style. A separate section with options for corporate communication was built into the template for added flexibility.In parallel, we produced two Word templates - one for consumer and one for business - based on a common basic structure. Color schemes, heading levels, body text and bulleted lists were implemented consistently, and the quick access bar was simplified so that users were greeted only by relevant formats.


The result is a package of templates that makes it easy for Tre employees to create high-quality presentations and documents - whatever the target audience or department. Text blocks were formatted with custom fonts and sizes. We made sure bulleted lists, drawn objects and footer information had a consistent and professional style. Heading and body text colors and fonts were implemented. A separate section for business use was created for the user.
Two Word templates were produced, one for consumers and one for businesses, based on a common basic template to ensure consistency. The logo and footer were customized for each template. A color scheme was implemented along with fonts for headline and body text. Style sheets were created for headings, body text, bulleted lists and numbered lists, while only relevant style sheets were included in the quick access bar for ease of use.
