When Net Insight needed to produce its annual report for 2024, Rehngruppen was once again chosen. With the aim of maintaining the interactive form and functionality of previous years, we assisted with graphic production, language versions and technical structure - in close collaboration with the client's team.

When Net Insight needed to produce their 2024 annual report, they once again turned to Rehngruppen. With the aim of maintaining the interactive form and functionality established in previous years, we supported with graphic production, language versions and technical structure - always in close collaboration with the client's team.
The project started with a kick-off meeting to set the structure and plan. Building on the previous year's layout, we updated images, diagrams and content, while ensuring a clear and visually appealing flow throughout the document. Working closely with Net Insight, we were able to work flexibly and efficiently from start to finish.
The annual report was produced in both Swedish and English. Using our Excel2Word tool, updated tables and charts were integrated directly from Excel, ensuring that all changes were always up-to-date. The language functions in Word facilitated the management of translations and provided the client with a simple and structured process.
In addition to digital publishing, we assisted with print adaptation of the annual report. The cover was set in InDesign and the Word file was adapted with bleed for print. We took responsibility for printer contact and quality assurance of PDFs, giving the customer a safe and smooth path to a finished product. By working in Microsoft Office, we also ensured that the files were fully editable and easy to manage - and we were on hand for support all the way.
