When it was time for Samhall to renew their graphic profile, we collaborated with them and the Happy agency to create a comprehensive template package in Office. Inspired by design sketches provided by Happy, we built the templates for PowerPoint, Word and Excel. At the same time, we developed functional solutions so that each template and function could be used efficiently and accessibly.

When Samhall renewed its graphic profile, it also needed an updated Office package. As a large organization with many employees, a solution was required that made communication clear, uniform and accessible throughout the business.
Samhall realized that a new template package was necessary to facilitate daily work while reflecting the company's identity. The goal was to create a clear and consistent template structure that supports both office work and operational processes.
In collaboration with the design agency Happy, we developed templates in Word, PowerPoint and Excel - based on their sketches and adapted to Samhall's graphic guidelines. The focus was on structure, formatting and function, with particular attention to accessibility and ease of use. The project was carried out in close dialog with Samhall's communication team.
The result was a comprehensive Office package that strengthens Samhall's visual expression and makes it easy for all employees to create professional documents and presentations. The templates save time, improve quality and contribute to more coherent and consistent communication throughout the organization.
