Previously, many SunPine employees chose to create their own documents, instead of using SunPine templates. They did not have control over the design of the documents, for example, they did not always follow their graphic profile. When SunPine, together with the agency Oh My, updated their graphic profile, the customer also wanted to create new templates. We helped the client create templates that are so accessible and user-friendly that the organization's users will prefer to use the templates, instead of creating their own documents. We did this by producing user-friendly, quality-controlled templates that the user can access via template buttons directly from the Office program they work in.

SunPine found that many employees chose to create their own documents instead of using company templates. The result was varying designs, a lack of uniformity and documents that did not always follow the graphic profile. When the visual identity was updated together with the agency Oh My, SunPine realized that they also needed new, user-friendly templates that the organization's approximately 80 employees would actually want to use.
The brief was to develop new Word and PowerPoint templates with a short deadline before the end of the year. The goal was clear: the templates had to be so accessible and user-friendly that employees would prefer them to creating their own documents. At the same time, they needed to work in many different scenarios and meet SunPine's graphic guidelines.
We produced 20 quality-controlled templates with carefully tested features, such as special fonts, language settings and layout. By standardizing components such as footers, logo placement and colours, we were able to simplify work across templates. All templates were published in our online service 365|TemplateExtender, which users can access via template buttons directly in Office. It also includes SunPine's icon library, image bank and ready-made PowerPoint pages that can be easily dragged into presentations.
The result is a complete template package that is easy to find, easy to use and always fits the profile. SunPine employees now create professional documents and presentations quickly and consistently. The solution saves time, improves quality and makes the templates the obvious choice - something the customer also confirmed: "It works well. Thanks for the great cooperation!"
