Järfälla Municipality uses the Hypergene tool to create reports. Their previous Word template did not work optimally with Hypergene and required extensive manual processing after each export. The municipality wanted a more user-friendly and accessible template that minimized the need for post-processing - both in Word and in Acrobat Pro.
Rehngruppen created a customized Word template that fully supports Hypergene specifications. We customized the format, tables and layout to ensure that each report exported from Hypergene retains its design and readability without the need for time-consuming adjustments. The template was designed in both portrait and landscape formats and with or without cover pages. As always, we ensured that all design elements follow the municipality's graphic profile.
