In this project, we worked with the municipality of Jönköping to update their PowerPoint, Word and Excel templates. The new templates and their graphic objects are accessible and created in the municipality's style.
Jönköping municipality wanted to get seven new municipality-wide templates in Office, to replace the municipality's previous templates.
The challenge of the project was to ensure that the templates met the legal requirements for accessibility and at the same time followed the graphic profile of the municipality. Combining a graphic profile with accessibility requirements is not always easy - but we found many clever solutions!
The result was really nice and accessibility-adapted templates. Jönköping Municipality now has six new templates in Word. In addition, the municipality received a new PowerPoint and Excel template. To further simplify the use for Jönköping municipality's employees, they also have the functions TemplateLibrary and TemplateExtender. This means that they now have access to the templates at the touch of a button and do not have to fill in their personal details.
