The project also included introduction and training to increase the understanding of the template and the new profile internally.

Peak Performance had an updated graphic identity but lacked a PowerPoint template that reflected the new expression. Since presentations are a central part of their communication, they needed a solution that worked in many different contexts.
The challenge was to make the template work for both short, visual presentations to an audience and longer, text-heavy presentations. A solution was needed that could handle both needs without compromising on design or usability.
We developed a PowerPoint template with two sets of layouts: one for stage presentations focusing on images and short messages, and one for more substantive presentations with blocks of text and columns. A hidden help page in the template provided clear tips on how best to use each layout.
To ensure that the template was actually used, an internal seminar was held together with Peak Performance, where we showed how the template works and shared practical tips on presentation design. The seminar was recorded and published on the intranet, ensuring that the knowledge is passed on to both new and existing employees.

When Peak Performance updated its graphic profile, a natural need arose to develop a new PowerPoint template. The template is an important part of the company's visual communication and is used in many different contexts - from internal presentations to external meetings. The goal was to create a modern, user-friendly template that matches the new graphic expression and works for different types of presentations.
The template needed to be adapted for both visual presentations to an audience and documentation with longer text content. To meet this need, two separate sets of layouts were created in the same template. One focuses on large text sizes, short messages and space for full-width images - ideal for stage presentations. The other is designed for more content-heavy presentations, with longer texts and multiple columns. In addition, a hidden help page in the template provides clear tips on how to use each layout.
To facilitate the implementation, an internal seminar was held where the Peak Performance manager presented the new graphic profile. Rehngruppen participated to show how the new template works technically and to give practical tips on PowerPoint use. The focus was both on design and how best to structure presentations in practice. The seminar was recorded and posted on the company's intranet, enabling the continued dissemination of skills to both new and existing employees.
