PostNord already had PowerPoint templates developed together with us, but now needed to expand their presentation with more and more advanced layouts. The requirement was a solution that combined flexibility, visual impact and user-friendliness.
Communications agency OTW produced the design sketches, and PostNord turned to us to build over thirty new layouts into the template. The layout had to work for different types of presentations, while remaining consistent with PostNord's graphic profile.
We implemented new layouts with advanced features such as morphing and animations, but also made sure they were easy to use. The layouts were divided by level of complexity and provided with instructions directly in the template, both on each layout and on dedicated instruction pages. In addition, we produced an instructional video showing step-by-step how best to use the template.
The result is a PowerPoint template that combines impressive visual effects with ease of use. PostNord can now work flexibly and professionally, with a template that saves time and reduces the need for manual design. A solution that strengthens the brand and makes everyday life easier for users.
