When PostNord needed an extended PowerPoint template with advanced, impressive layouts, we created a flexible and user-friendly solution. With clear instructions and visually striking effects (such as morphing and animations), we ensured a template that is professional and user-friendly.
Wehave worked with PostNord for a long time to create customized templates in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. When PostNord wanted to expand its PowerPoint template with about thirty new layouts, the agency OTW developed the design, while we were responsible for expanding and implementing the layouts in the template. The new layouts were created to harmonize with PostNord's graphic profile and offer flexibility for different types of presentations.
Assome layouts are more advanced and require careful handling, we divided the template layouts according to their complexity and included detailed instructions for users. We integrated these directly into the template both on each layout and as separate instruction pages. In addition, we produced an instructional video showing step-by-step how best to use the template, making working with the template easy and efficient for all users.
