When the National Union of Teachers and the Swedish Teachers' Association merged to form the Swedish Teachers' Association, a new need arose: a uniform, professional and accessible template solution for the entire organization's work in Office. To ensure clear and consistent communication, templates were needed that reflected the new graphic profile and worked for documents, presentations and calculations.
Rehngruppen team was commissioned to develop accessible templates in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Not only did the templates have to follow the association's visual guidelines, they also had to meet legal requirements for accessibility - with the right typography, contrasts, icons and image management.
We developed customized templates that were integrated into our 365|TemplateExtender tool. With a template button directly in Microsoft Office programs, users can easily access and insert ready-made templates, images and icons. This makes it quick and easy to create professional documents and presentations - always in line with the Swedish Teachers' Association profile.
The result was a comprehensive and accessible Office solution that makes communication both professional and consistent. Through digital training, employees were given the knowledge they needed to get started quickly.
