When the National Union of Teachers and the Swedish Teachers' Association merged to form the Swedish Teachers' Association, the new union needed a uniform, professional and accessible solution for its work in Office. We created customized Office templates, integrated into our flexible tool 365|TemplateExtender. All to facilitate the work and ensure consistent and visually appealing communication in accordance with the Swedish Teachers' Association's profile.

När Lärarnas Riksförbund och Lärarförbundet gick samman och bildade Sveriges Lärare uppstod ett nytt behov: en enhetlig, professionell och tillgänglig mallösning för hela organisationens arbete i Office. För att säkra tydlig och konsekvent kommunikation behövdes mallar som speglade den nya grafiska profilen och fungerade för både dokument, presentationer och kalkyler.
Rehngruppen fick uppdraget att ta fram tillgänglighetsanpassade mallar i Word, PowerPoint och Excel. Mallarna skulle inte bara följa förbundets visuella riktlinjer, utan också leva upp till lagstadgade krav på tillgänglighet – med rätt typografi, kontraster, ikoner och bildhantering.
Vi utvecklade skräddarsydda mallar som integrerades i vårt verktyg 365|TemplateExtender. Med en mallknapp direkt i Microsoft Office-programmen kan användarna enkelt nå och infoga färdiga mallar, bilder och ikoner. Detta gör det snabbt och smidigt att skapa professionella dokument och presentationer – alltid i linje med Sveriges Lärares profil.
Resultatet blev en heltäckande och tillgänglig Office-lösning som gör kommunikationen både professionell och enhetlig. Genom digitala utbildningar fick medarbetarna den kunskap de behövde för att snabbt komma igång. Sveriges Lärare har nu ett verktyg som stärker varumärket, sparar tid och säkerställer att allt material är tillgängligt och konsekvent – i Word, PowerPoint och Excel.

Whenthe Swedish Teachers' Association was formed, Rehngruppen was commissioned to develop accessible Office templates that support the association's graphic profile. We developed customized templates for Word, PowerPoint and Excel. They are carefully designed to ensure a consistent design and accessibility across all documents, presentations and calculations created. The templates were adapted for both text format, icons and image content so that all work follows the Swedish Teachers' Association's visual guidelines without the need for post-processing.
To make the templates easily accessible, we integrated them into our tool, 365|TemplateExtender. With a template button directly in Microsoft Office programs, users can easily access and insert the union's ready-made templates, icons and images. This solution makes it quick and easy for employees to create professional, consistent documents and presentations - and meet regulatory accessibility requirements.
With Rehngruppen's expertise in Microsoft Office and accessibility, Sveriges Lärare got a comprehensive solution that simplifies their work and makes communication both professional and inclusive. Through ongoing digital training, we disseminated knowledge about the templates, giving Swedish Teachers' employees the knowledge they needed to quickly get started with the new template package.
