Features like Excel2Word allow content to be updated directly from Excel - perfect for frequently changing tables, summaries or key figures, for example. And with our Content Library, you can easily pick up ready-made wording, while the Template Library gives you access to updated templates directly in Word - without the need to save local copies.

To make your Word template work the way you want it to, we first need to figure out what it will be used for. With functionality like Excel2Word and image bank, your template becomes more than the foundation of your document - it becomes a tool. Whether you come with a ready-made design and a graphic profile or a vision and a need, we make sure that the template's conditions match what you want to use it for!
After we have established the functionality of the template and set a design that you have had to approve, we will print your template. We make sure the color theme, font theme and other graphic markers are in place, we set the header and footer, format, bulleted list levels and margins. If the template needs to be set up for accessibility, we will arrange that too. We design the template so that it both does what it's supposed to and communicates your brand.
When the template is implemented in your organization, we are with you, providing training, support and assistance. We make sure that everyone knows how to use the template.
