Question: How do I find the email signature tool in Outlook?
Answer: The email signature tool is available directly in Outlook. To access the tool, click on the signature selection button (your organization logo) in the menu, under the Message tab. This tab is visible when you create or reply to an email.

You create the signature in HTML. There is an editor where you can download user details and upload images, such as your logo. Rehngruppen is happy to provide tips on how to create a signature that is suitable for most recipients, regardless of platform and device.

Answer: As an administrator, you can give users direct access to the email signatures you create. But you can also publish them in a test mode, before you decide to publish them to all users. Test mode allows you to test that the signature works before you publish it.
