SGDS Gruppen had a PowerPoint template that needed to be developed. We saw the opportunity to create more and more diverse layout pages and increase the possibility of flexibility. Today, SGDS Gruppen has a template that is developed in terms of both form and function.
The SGDS Group wanted to develop the form and functionality of their template. Based on the client's wishes and graphic profile, we proposed a new design and new layout pages. After the customer approved the form of the new template, we could focus on maximizing the functionality of the template.
The customer wanted to be able to vary their text management and content in different ways. Sometimes they wanted only text, sometimes regular bulleted lists and sometimes arrows or quotes. Of course, it was also very important that the text management should be easy for the user to handle. Partly to make it easier for the user, but also to ensure that the text options are used correctly.
To solve the text management challenge, we created an extended text format that contained multiple levels. This enables the user to switch between different levels of bulleted lists, between black or blue arrows or to quotation marks. The user switches between text options with a few tabs. Flexible text management, pure and simple. The presentation also has a larger number of layouts, which allows for more flexibility when the user creates a presentation.
