Development of existing template

SAAB had already developed a presentation for its interim report, and it worked well in context. But as the Capital Markets Day approached, it became clear that the existing template didn't quite fit the new structure, amount of information and expression that the context required. SAAB needed something that felt more coherent, more visually powerful and better suited to an event where the message must be delivered with precision. With good experiences from our previous collaboration, the step was natural to continue the development together.

A tight schedule and the need for new layouts

The project was carried out under time pressure, while the content of the Capital Markets Day set new requirements. The existing template lacked several of the layout options that were needed, and the structure needed to be adapted to highlight SAAB's message in a clear and professional way. SAAB needed a solution where they could focus entirely on content, while we took responsibility for form, design, structure and branding - without compromising on quality despite the intense pace.

A tailor-made presentation in close cooperation with SAAB

We took the previous interim report presentation as a starting point and expanded it with new layouts, a strengthened structure and a design language optimized for the Capital Markets Day. The work included, among other things:

  • Development of new layouts for data, messages, images and storytelling.
  • Branded graphic design in line with SAAB's visual identity.
  • Close dialog and rapid iteration where SAAB worked on the content and we designed, structured and quality assured the visuals.

The close contact with the SAAB team allowed us to quickly receive feedback, adjust and refine - while keeping the project on track.

The finished presentation was unified and visually powerful, with a design language that clearly reinforced SAAB's message. By combining structured layout choices with a branded expression, a material was created that both engaged the audience and was appreciated internally. The presentation made a professional impression during the Capital Markets Day and helped to elevate the communication in a way that reflected SAAB's high ambitions.
