Are you just starting your career and do you enjoy typography, layout, and attention to detail? We’re looking for a junior graphic designer who wants to work hands-on with presentations, templates, and reports—and create designs that are both visually appealing and functional.

At Rehngruppen , we work a little differently than many design agencies. Here, campaigns, banners, and content calendars are rarely on the agenda. Instead, we help companies get their day-to-day communications in order: presentations, reports, templates, pitches, and other documents that otherwise tend to take on a life of their own.

This might involve designing an annual report, creating a really good PowerPoint template, or giving a report a clear and well-thought-out layout. We often start with the client’s existing visual identity and adapt it into materials that are easy to use and visually cohesive.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, the focus is on practical design and production. Among other things, you will:

• Design and produce presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Create and customize templates in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel together with our Office specialists.
• Work with typography, page layout, tables, and charts.
• Adapt materials to match existing graphic profiles and design guidelines.
• Proofread and finalize materials, paying close attention to both the big picture and the details.

One week, you might be working on the layout of a report. The next week, you’ll be customizing presentation slides or helping to build a template that will be used by hundreds of employees. You’ll work closely with our experienced designers, project managers, and specialists in Microsoft Office and automation. Here, you’ll receive support in your work and the opportunity to hone your skills on real client projects.
