Designer

A designer with a keen eye for typography and structure!

Full-time, until further notice

Stockholm

Fixed salary

We're looking for a designer who enjoys typography, structure, and visual systems—and who believes that good design should be both attractive and functional.

At Rehngruppen , we work a little differently than many design agencies. Here, campaigns, banners, and content calendars are rarely on the agenda. Instead, we help companies get a handle on the communications they actually use every day: presentations, reports, templates, pitches, and other documents that otherwise tend to take on a life of their own.

This could involve translating a visual identity into a sophisticated presentation with functionality, designing an annual report, creating a really good PowerPoint template, or figuring out how a design solution can work for thousands of users—not just on the designer’s own screen.

Among other things, we work with:

  • PowerPoint Presentations and Message Delivery
  • Word and Excel Templates
  • Annual Reports and Other Reports
  • Pitch decks and IR materials
  • Design Strategy and Branded Office Solutions
  • Automated and Scalable Design Solutions

As a designer, you’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and our specialists in Microsoft Office and automation. This means that a good idea shouldn’t just look good—it should ideally be usable, too.

What You'll Be Doing

We work with both large and small companies across many different industries, so our projects vary.

One week, you might be developing a pitch deck for a publicly traded company. The next week, you’ll be designing a report, building on a visual identity, or trying to solve the age-old question: How do you get people to actually use a template the way it’s intended?

What these projects have in common is that the design must work in the real world, for real people, in real organizations, long after we've handed it over.

Who We Think You Are

You have a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy. You can take a graphic identity and understand how it should function in different formats and contexts, and you prefer to think in terms of systems rather than individual, visually appealing elements.

You’re meticulous, but you don’t need to spend three hours adjusting a text box by 0.2 millimeters to feel like you’re done. You appreciate details, structure, and consistency—while also being able to think conceptually and come up with new visual ideas.

It's a plus if you have experience with presentation design, templates, Office design, financial communications, and/or corporate design. But you don't need to know everything right from the start.

Above all, you don’t need to be a PowerPoint expert, have a background in advertising, or know how to code. We can teach you those things much more easily than we can teach you good design sense.

Please feel free to send:

  • Resume
  • Portfolio or some samples of your work
  • A few lines about yourself

Start: As soon as possible
Location: Stockholm
