When you snooze an email in the new Outlook, it temporarily disappears from your Inbox and is moved to the Snoozed folder. The email remains there until the time you've selected. When that time comes, it is automatically moved back to your Inbox and appears again as a current email.
Unfortunately, the entire email thread is on snooze.
In the new Outlook, this feature is available in the menu when you have an email open. Unfortunately, the snooze feature is not available in Outlook Classic (the old Outlook).

No, not as a built-in feature directly in Outlook. Outlook’s “Schedule Send” feature can send a single email at a later time, but it can’t automatically repeat it every week. To schedule recurring emails, you need to use Power Automate.
