What are we looking for?
As an office coordinator/sales administrator with us at Rehngruppen , you will be the spider in the web that ensures that everything flows as it should. It is a central and varied role where you get to combine service and structure to create well-being and community. You will be a great security for the sales team where you support them in their daily work. You will help ensure that customers receive prompt feedback and ensure that no one falls through the cracks. You create order and structure in everyday life, but also contribute to building community by organizing AWs, celebrations and social activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Taking care of bookings and orders for everything from coffee breaks to technology
- Manage consumables and ensure that offices and conference rooms always feel inviting
- Plan and organize activities such as AW, birthday parties, breakfasts, summer parties and Christmas parties
- Book and follow up sales meetings and support with sales material
- Prepare and send quotes and estimates
- Update CRM system by adding prospects and customer cards
